Meet Christine

Why Lincoln Matters to Me

I moved to Lincoln in 2006, when the community was still in an earlier chapter of its growth. Over the years, I’ve watched Lincoln evolve, grow, and become home. This is where I’ve built my life and where I want to see families have the opportunity to build a future of their own.

As a community, we have an important responsibility to think about what kind of Lincoln we want to leave for the next generation. Growth brings tremendous opportunity, but it also requires thoughtful planning, investment, and responsible leadership. I want to help ensure that Lincoln’s future is not simply bigger, but stronger financially sound, economically vibrant, well planned, and a great place to raise a family.

For the past two decades, I’ve built and led businesses. Throughout my career, I’ve managed complex projects, built teams, overseen budgets, and made decisions where resources were never unlimited. Those experiences taught me that lasting success requires careful planning, clear priorities, accountability, and the ability to make reasonable decisions when necessary.

They also taught me that people are the foundation of any successful organization. Listening to employees, customers, partners, and stakeholders isn’t a weakness: it’s how better decisions are made. I believe the same principles apply to public service.

Every decision has consequences, and local government is entrusted with resources that belong to the community. Leaders have a responsibility to ask the tough questions, understand the numbers, consider the long term impact, and remain accountable for the results.

That is why I’m running for Lincoln City Council.

I bring real world experience building businesses, managing budgets, solving complex problems, and working with people with different perspectives to find practical solutions. I believe residents deserve leaders who put facts ahead of politics and the long term interests of Lincoln ahead of short term thinking.

Residents supported growth with the expectation that it would strengthen Lincoln’s financial future and expand opportunity. Today, many are asking important questions about city finances, infrastructure, and the long-term sustainability of that growth. I believe those conversations deserve honest answers, transparency, thoughtful planning, and responsible leadership.

I believe public service is about stewardship: not politics. My commitment is to listen, work collaboratively, and make decisions that are ethical, transparent, fiscally responsible, and in the best long-term interest of every Lincoln resident.

If Elected, I Will Focus On

Priorities for Lincoln

Regional Partnerships

Lincoln’s future is connected to the future of Placer County and the surrounding region.

Fiscal Stewardship

Taxpayer dollars should be treated with the same care we expect from our own household or business finances.

Responsible Growth

Growth brings opportunity, but growth without adequate planning can create challenges for the residents who already call Lincoln home.

Economic Development

A strong local economy creates opportunity for residents and can strengthen the city’s financial position.

Public Safety & Core Services

Public safety and essential city services are fundamental responsibilities of local government.

Transparency & Accountability

Residents deserve to understand how decisions are made and how those decisions affect their community.
